Short version: These terms define how we work together — what we deliver, what we expect, and how we handle edge cases fairly for both sides.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing zatechza.com or engaging ZATECHZA’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you represent a company, you confirm you have the authority to accept on its behalf.
Services
ZATECHZA provides the following services:
- Website design and development
- Mobile application development (iOS & Android)
- Business process automation and integrations
- Custom AI-powered solutions
The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of each project are defined in a separate proposal or signed agreement between both parties.
Intellectual Property
- All code, designs, and deliverables become your full property upon receipt of final payment
- ZATECHZA reserves the right to feature the completed project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Open-source tools and frameworks used in your project remain subject to their respective licenses
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, and feedback within agreed timeframes
- Not use our services for any unlawful or unethical purpose
- Keep any access credentials we provide secure and confidential
- Honor the payment schedule set out in the project agreement
Payment & Billing
- Payment terms are defined per project in the proposal or contract
- An upfront deposit may be required and is non-refundable upon client-initiated cancellation
- Changes requested outside the agreed project scope will be quoted and billed separately with prior written approval
Limitation of Liability
- ZATECHZA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered products
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question
- We are not responsible for issues resulting from modifications made by the client or third parties after final delivery
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Outstanding payments will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Current clients will be notified of any material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, referred to the competent courts.
